Taxonomy
Lasioglossum (Dialictus) immigrans Gardner and Gibbs, 2021: 8 [♀, ♂].
Holotype ♀. USA, Arizona, Pinal Co., intersection of 347 + 84 S. of Maricopa, 32.875° N, 112.05° W; 8 March 2018, by T.J. Wood [WRME].
Taxonomic notes: This species is rare in Canada, and genetically unique from other Canadian species; Gardner and Gibbs (2021: 13) indicate it is morphologically most similar to Lasioglossum comulum Michener, 1951 from the southwestern USA and Mexico, but genetically most similar to L. dispersum Gibbs, 2018 from Puerto Rico, differing genetically by 4.69% and 3.06%, respectively.
