Taxonomy

*Andrena (Andrena) singularis Viereck, 1924: 80 [♀].

     Holotype ♀. CANADA, British Columbia, Invermere, 19 May 1915, by F.W.L. Sladen [CNC no. 674].

 

Taxonomic notes: The ♂ is unknown.

Andrena singularis Viereck, 1924 is known only from the type series from two locations in southern BC.

Distribution in Canada: Viereck 1925 [BC, type locality]; Linsley 1951 [BC]; Sheffield and Heron 2019 [BC].

Body length: ♀ 11 mm
