     Holotype ♀. USA, Colorado, White Rocks, 17 May 1927, by C.A. Wagner, on Senecio [CAS no. 15384].

 

Taxonomic notes: LaBerge (1973: 287) indicated that the holotype of Trachandrena crassihirta Viereck, 1904 had no locality infomration, but presumed it was Washington. Though he (LaBerge 1973: 287) indicated that the holotype was at the University of Nebraska State Museum, it was not listed by Muma (1952).
